Pat McTaggart

Prior to writing CODE TO MURDER, Pat spent 25+ years working as a Finance Director/CFO/CEO within the IT and software sectors.

He also has a strong interest in social enterprise and the charitable sectors and sat on the Board of two charities.

He has always had an enthusiasm for murder mystery novels and crime dramas and when he decided to write the first DCI Ben Fitzpatrick novel it made sense to set it within the software sector.

Pat lives in Clackmannanshire in bonnie Scotland.
